Getting around Delhi & Gurgaon
Uber and Ola are convenient options for airport transfers and journeys within Delhi and Gurgaon. We recommend these over hailing a taxi on the street.
For shorter trips, auto-rickshaws (tuk-tuks) can be a fun option — agree on the fare before setting off and carry some cash. Many drivers accept local digital payments, but visitors from abroad may find cash easier.
Travelling to Neemrana, Jaipur & other cities
For longer journeys between cities, we recommend booking a private car with a driver in advance. This is especially helpful if you’re planning sightseeing stops or travelling onward after the wedding.
We’ll share transport provider contacts and booking details here on this website by December 2026, so you can arrange your wedding transfers and any additional travel.
Where to stay
At Neemrana
Your stay at Neemrana for the wedding is on us! We’ll arrange your accommodation and allocate your room before you arrive, so there’s no need to book separately.
Early check-in is subject to room availability. Closer to the wedding, we’ll ask for your identification details to help make check-in as smooth as possible.

Before you travel
A few useful tipsNine things worth knowing
- Open Your Fort. Once you’ve RSVP’d, select “Open Your Fort” on the main page and log in using the phone number you used for your RSVP. You’ll find the itinerary, wardrobe suggestions, and a fort map. Under “You,” upload your ID for smoother check-in and share dietary requirements or allergies. Tap our little turbaned assistant whenever you have a wedding question!
- New to Indian weddings? From Haldi to the phere, each ceremony has its own meaning and magic. Explore our ceremony guide to discover what’s happening and how you can join in.
- Wondering what to wear or pack? Visit our Wardrobe guide → for outfit inspiration, colours for each celebration, shopping suggestions, and a few packing essentials. Come comfortable, ready to celebrate, and feeling like yourself.
- Arrive ready to celebrate. We recommend arriving in your yellow outfit for Haldi and lunch, as your room may not be ready immediately. Keep valuables, medicines, and essentials with you in a handbag or small carry-on while your bags are stored.
- Exploring the fort. Neemrana has stairs, stone paths, and uneven surfaces. Wear comfortable shoes and allow a little extra time between venues. If steps are a concern, please let us know ahead of your visit so we can discuss arrangements. You’ll find the fort map under “Mahal” in your personal fort.
- Stay connected. If you’re visiting from abroad, consider an international roaming plan, a compatible eSIM, or a local SIM for mobile data. Download your directions before setting off, as connectivity may vary along the way.
- Share the memories. Open “Memories” in your personal fort to add photos to our shared Memory Wall and browse moments captured by other guests. From candid smiles to dance-floor adventures, we’d love to see the celebrations through your eyes. Add a little caption if you like!
- Make a little more of your trip. Thinking of exploring India before or after the wedding? Ask our personal bot assistant for ideas to get you started, or browse Incredible India for destinations and inspiration.
- Planning your next stop. Sunday’s celebrations continue late into the evening, so we recommend planning your journey home or onward travel to another city for Monday or later. Allow extra time for traffic and airport check-in if you’re flying.
